CURRENT RESEARCH RESULTS

In research conducted thus far, participants were asked to check all emotions that applied to them in that moment.
PRIOR to BRAINS technique, 58% of participants were feeling stressed, 42% were angry, and 26% sad/frustrated,
21% were irritated, 16% were lonely or angry, and 10% were depressed, fearful, or ruminating (worrying).
AFTER participants employed 1 five minute session of the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ 89% were calm, 58% neutral, and 47% had
new thought/idea/solution/perspective and 21% were inspired to take new positive action in regards to the acute stressful event.
